What happens when you try going to the channel?
What model are your boxes?
Have you reset them?
Since it is an HD-only channel: Menu > Settings > Display > Preferences > Guide HD Channels. Verify that it is set to Hide SD Duplicates, not Hide HD Channels.
Also try www.directv.com/refresh to refresh the service authorizations.
