Have video No sound
Crazy stuff here. Old TV finally went out no line just done completely. New TV sound on Netflix and every other streaming device. I switched HDMI cable and I even isolated and switched cables with DVD player. Everything has sound. Except direct tv. So I know TV is fine. All my cables are fine. What can it be? Trouble shot through box all the audio setting. I’ve unplugged I’ve rest the box I’ve even held the power button on remote for 60 seconds etc. I’ve read every misc myth legend on internet. Still nothing!

What model are you boxes and which one is the problem one?
Is it only the one that has the issue?
Is the DirecTV box plugged directly into the TV?
Is the DirecTV box and/or the TV plugged into a "smart" powers trip/surge protector?
Is TV setting HDMI-CEC turned off? (if it has it)
HDMI cord secure and free of debris on both sides?
You've tried a different HDMI cord, but did you try a different HDMI port on the TV?
Have you done just a red button reset, or have you tried unplugging power for a minute?
