Sorry but Netflix has absolutely nothing to do with DirecTV. So there is no way to add it to your TV service. You must get it separately.
If you get a Netflix account, you watch it with an internet connected streaming device. This will be something like a Roku, Firestick, or some game consoles. Some "smart" TVs can connect to internet and download apps like Netflix.
DirecTV is not a streaming service. They are by satellite. The HDDVRs only connect to internet for optional access to On Demand channels for what you are subscribed to. There is no way to add Netflix or any other outside app to DirecTV.
If you are asking how to get Netflix on your Directv receiver, you don’t. You need a separate streaming device or smart tv with the Netflix app. Netflix is a competitor. ATT has nothing to do with Netflix.

You need 3 things to access Netflix:
1. A Netflix account
2. The Netflix app and something to stream it on (Smart TV, Roku, Apple TV, etc.)
3. Internet connection to one of the streaming devices listed in #2.
As stated, AT&T and/or DirecTV have nothing to do with Netflix.
