How do I get a live body at my residence to fix directv problems?

I've set up 3 appointments, no technician shows. Over 30 channels have problems and it's been four weeks. My problem was supposedly escalated multiple times, and each appointment day I call to find that a technician was never dispatched.  Over ten calls and multiple live chats, to no avail.  Whom can I contact to get a technician here????

Try calling the customer service phone # in my post below.  When you get the bot say cancel it will take you to the loyalty/retention department.  The customer service reps are more knowledgeable and should be able to help you with this issue.  Live chat is no help and most reps do not know what they are doing so speaking with the loyalty/retention department will be way more productive. As we here cannot help you with this issue as this is a customer-to-customer forum.  Hope this helps.

Unfortunately this happens too often since the pandemic because of the short staffing. In the meantime, perhaps guidance on the issue itself could be given. What is the technical problem you are having?

16 channels have error 771.  22 channels show signal loss and broadband is the only option, which is also flaky.  I was told the dish needs realignment.
