Plug a regular antenna into your TV and then change your TV's input (usually to ANT). Then run a local channel scan so you only list what is within range instead of 100 or more channels of static.
If your TV was built before the digital tuner was built-in you would need to obtain a digital convertor box.

Most main channels are .1 as ABC in my area is 7.1, CBS 2.1 NBC, 4.1
