How to watch A&E Crime Central
I want to watch A&E Crime Central on DirecTV on demand. How do I set it up?
I signed up for a free 7 day subscription to A&E CRMCNL on their website but realized I couldn't watch it on my tv as it's not a smart tv.

It's a streaming service so not available on directv.

You subscribed to a streaming service from A&E so must watch it on their streaming app, be it "smart" TV or a streaming device like Roku, Firestick, etc.
That streaming service is from A&E itself, so has nothing to do with DirecTV.
