You can't add any apps to a DTV receiver.  You need to go to the TV's app store to find and add those apps if they are available.

Check your TV manual for adding apps if it is connected to your home internet.

This has nothing to do with DirecTV as you cannot add apps to DirecTV equipment. Remember, Netflix is a competitor so will not have a way to go on DirecTV.

I am giving Direct TV 24 hours to reach a deal with Disney, then I am going to cancel. So are 4 other houses on my block. OVER IT! Pull your heads out of your (Edited per community guidelines) and REACH A (Edited per community guidelines) DEAL already.

Since Disney wants to play hardball and has a lot of leverage of sports viewers, I highly doubt it will be completed that quickly. So call and cancel. Just don't go with any other TV provider as none are immune from Disney doing this again.

Just getting a deal with Disney means raising the bills. Are you ok with that? You say for them to pull their head out but they are working within normal business rules. Perhaps take your own advice and look at the big picture.

Also as you posted in a thread from 2019 about someone wanting Netflix and Facebook apps (which have nothing to do with DirecTV), this thread has been requested to be closed. Please in the future pay attention and read what the thread is about instead of blindly posting.
