What on-screen message do you see when tuning that channel?

Check your favorites list and make sure HM&M is still selected.

Also check what programming package and add-on packs you have.

HM&M is in the Movies Extra Pack (formally called the HD Extra Pack). As of a couple years ago, it is also in the main packages Select, Entertainment, Preferred Xtra, and Premier.

Try entering its channel number directly.

Try a search for        clearmybox        this will dump the guide data and other things and it will take a day or two to rebuild, any programs set to record will.
