Lost channels after my free tv launched

We have been directv customers for years.  When my free directv launched a few months ago I  lost all of my PAID channels on my app (my free version took it over) Checking into other options for tv providers as I hate paying what we pay to lose access.  Reps in chat tell me they can’t remove my free directv.  No help so far.

Was it just when "MyFree DirecTV" launched or did you try signing up for it? Checking as existing customers shouldn't be able to sign up as they already have the benefits included in their service.

Hopefully they can get this resolved via the DM. Though like chat they don't have the full access like regular support, they certainly have a better track record. Good luck.
