There aren't really any ongoing updates to provide. Either they hae reached an agreement or are still in negotiations. But you can check the current info for any carriage negoation on their official page: https://www.directv.com/tvpromise/

So who is to blame here?? Mission broadcasting or Directv? All they are doing is pointing fingers at the customers expense. We are canceling soon, been waiting too long and I’m missing my sports and NASCAR now

So who is to blame here? Directv or mission broadcasting? All they are doing is pointing fingers at the customer expense and then Directv raises their prices anyway without making a deal.

@289coupe
DirecTV wants to negotiate a deal favorable to them and Mission Broadcasting wants to do the same. Yes negotiations are a two-way street.
However, Mission having the broadcast rights are the ones who decided to pull the feed instead of leaving it on as a sign of good faith. That is their choice that neither DirecTV nor us customers can contest.
Keep in mind, that higher fees to Mission means higher bills to customers. DirecTV's costs go up then so do ours. Just the nature of carriage agreements.
Though perhaps neither can be "blamed", as they both acted within their rights, Mission getting what they want is not as beneficial for us as a customer.
Double posting a few minutes later doesn't change the situation.

Mission of course. They can return the feed at anytime as a sign of good faith. The annual price increase is paying for last years contract increases so if Mission signs a new contract it will be factored into next years price increase.

Not my website chat any more than it is yours.
The "double post" was not exactly the same so was manually typed in a few minutes later. So that was on you.
I'm just telling it like it is. I don't sugar coat anything. I don't care if one finds that "rude" when I am just being up front and honest.
There was nothing sarcastic in what I said.

I have not said anything in a mocking tone or in reverse of what I meant. So I have not been sarcastic. You may not like my point of view, but is straightforward.
Helpful information has been provided. Not being the answer you want or like doesn't take away from that.
Unlike the many of the populace, I don't live on video games. So your "PlayStation" comment means nothing.
