MLB and Bally Sports
We have the sports addition and we have only
gotten to watch the Atlanta braves maybe twice total. Why are we paying extra if the service won’t even work and every time we try to watch it on the station we want, it’s not available?

You can also try to refresh your DIRECTV channels and receivers to verify if this resolve the issue.
Also, are you getting any error code or message when trying to watch the games or just black screen?

I get the error code 721 and I’ve reset the receiver at least two times.
