Why did i loose 283? I have the choice package and uve had it for 4 years now and always had that channel. My kids watched it as it was learning and entertaing please give answers..
Channel 283 is Nat Geo Wild which is only in Xtra and above. The regular Nat Geo is in Choice. So if Nat Geo wild was working in Choice, that was a technical issue that lasted a long time (4 years) and with the migration to the new account system probably fixed it.
Or when you say Choice do you mean Choice Xtra or Choice Ultimate? (old versions of packages where too many had Choice in the name before they simplified that).

Ended up disconnecting/ reconnecting all the coax cable fittings. Don't know why that should affect ONE channel but it's working now.
