NBA League Pass still is not working on Day 1. This seems to happen every year.

NBA app says - "Your plan does not include access to League Pass. Please contact your TV Provider to upgrade or Subscribe to League Pass below."

NBA website says-

Success! You now have access to NBA TV with your Subscription. but then gives the same error when you try to watch a game.

My friend said his NBA.com account (he subscribes through them) is working flawlessly.

I am desperate for some answers on whether or not I can even watch my team tonight, or even this week at all?

Thanks!

Same issue. I got a 1 month temporary code from NBA. I even provided proof of my purchase and it still does not work on my firestick after using the temporary code. No one is customer service at either DirecTV or NBA has any idea what they are doing. They keep giving the same useless suggestions. I cannot wait till I can finally get rid of DirecTV.

With this being an ongoing issue, and the "solutions" don't work for everybody, perhaps it is time for a BBB complaint? That would send the grievence to the corporate level that many have the problem but there hasn't been a consistant fix.

It worked for a little while but back to not working. DIRECTV (Edited per community guidelines), incompetence personified. They have the temerity to nickel and dime you, charging you for everything including fixing their equipment that you don’t even own.  Just another large corporation who don’t care one iota about their customers.  I’m feeling like a nice big class action lawsuit will do the trick.

You only pay for shipping to replace defective receivers as stated in the TOS you agreed to, you own everything else which is why there is a service call fee.  You are limited to binding arbitration.

Still working for me, but I might make a call to tech support anyway if it's still having widespread issues.
