Need help with satellite identity

I am setting up my receivers at a new home, I am having trouble determining what satellite these are in the set-up, please help. Many thanks.

For a "new home", if you've moved you must call DirecTV for a Movers order. This is the only way they allow updating the service address (which by Terms of Service and Federal regulations must be correct), which includes sending tech out to install boxes and any new receiving dishes if needed.

The LNB (the "eye") looks like it just has one, but not sure. Perhaps others who have dealt with the dishes directly more often can verify by the pictures you've posted.

@sharoncbrn We can look at your setup for you,

 

Generally on New DirecTV connections there needs to be a movers order or new order submitted for new service, which usually prompts a technician dispatch to either install new working equipment or use existing equipment if it is functional.

 

Did you complete a move or new at order at your new address?
