There is no Netflix channel. Netflix is an independent streaming service like HBO Max and Hulu. You can’t get it through DIRECTV at all.
In order to download Netflix, you’ll need a streaming device like a fire stick, roku, or Apple TV. From there, you would go to the streaming device App Store and look for Netflix. Again, Netflix requires a separate subscription than DIRECTV.

Netflix is a streaming service, not a channel themselves.
Get a Roku, Firestick, etc. and download the Netflix like any other app.
Netflix has nothing to do with DirecTV.
