NFL Sunday Ticket app not working

I have the standalone Sunday Ticket package. 

For the past 2 weeks I've been getting a "sorry about the interruption" message as soon as I open the app on any device connected to the home home internet. 

I've tried bypassing the router by plugging straight into the modem, to no avail. 

 

The odd thing is the app works just fine on a device such as a mobile phone using cellular data and not connected to any wifi. 

 

Anyone have a possible solution?

Just like everyone else I have repeatedly tried to log into the app on multiple devices and none of the non blacked out games are working! It is only Sunday Ticket that is the issue, not my internet. It says “we are having trouble playing this video. Please try again later.” This is completely unacceptable considering how much money we pay to have Sunday Ticket. And it’s even more of an issue that the issues seem to me more frequent. I absolutely want a refund for the lack of ability to use what I have been paying for since it has not worked the last two weeks!!

Is DirecTV going to provide any sort of refund or credit for the fact that Sunday Ticket hasn't streamed properly all day?

When I go to Channel 702, the capability of moving between the multiple football games is not working!!   Anyone else experiencing that problem?

I am streaming NFL Ticket on my Xbox. I had Problems with watching CBS or Saints/Jaguars Game today. Every time i would try to watch it, it would say its unavailable or it would freeze. I know its not my internet as The Red Zone works and most of the other Channels worked. I also know its not a black out as I live in South Dakota and we don't revive saints game up here. Which is why I have NFL ticket. The last 2 weeks as worked perfectly fine for us and had no problems. I just was an explanation and I don't want this to happen again as I missed the ENTIRE Saints game this week!

I would like to know if and when you are planning to distribute a prorated refund for your NFL Sunday Ticket package. I was unable to watch any of 1:00 games today, as well as Red Zone. 

This is the second straight week I have had streaming issues, and based on twitter trends, it is more than clear I am not the only one. I pay just under $400 for this service, and to have 2 out of 17 weeks with abysmal and/or nonexistent service is unacceptable. I demand a prorated refund for these days or I will be filing a complaint with the FTC [Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate]..

I presume you have the streaming Sunday Ticket? Based on other complaints, there does appear to be issues again. This is a customer to customer forum, not customer support. Making demands or threats here won’t get you anything. I don’t know if there will be any automatic refunds but if not, give them a call. You can certainly file a complaint with the FTC but the FCC would be more appropriate.

I have verified with direct tv that I have purchased nfl SundayTicket but when I tune to one of those channels I get the message

For some reason I haven’t been able to watch NFL NETWORK on my phone it keeps saying error try back at a later time and it’s been that way for a couple of weeks is there any way I can get this fixed

I SIGNED UP FOR NBA LEAGUE PASS ON OCT 11 AND I CAN NOT GET ON MY TV   I PUSHED RED REBOOT BUTTON ON SIDE OF RECEIVER  HELP
