NFL Sunday Ticket Game Mix on Samusung TV

I am able to get the Game Mix working on my iPhone and on the PC, but I can't get to work on my 2018 Samsung Q8FN? I try to send the games to my TV via AirPlay, but that doesn't work. How do I start the Game Mix on my TV or at least AirPlay the game mix to my TV? One of the main selling points listed on the Samsung App Store is the ability to watch up to 4 games at once, but so far, I can't realistically do this.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @mikeyb3649,

We're happy to help!

Are you viewing Sunday Ticket through our DirecTV Now streaming service or through DirecTV satellite television?

Also, if you weren't aware, the Game Mix feature is only available between the hours of 1 and 4 PM ET on Sundays.

I am viewing it through the streaming service via the app that is available on my Samsung TV app store.

Hello @ATTCares. I’m still in need of assistance with this issue.

So it's been over a month......is any AT&T employee going to help?

You can’t stream the Sunday Ticket app to a tv, that function is not supported by the Sunday Ticket app. You need to tune into the game mix satellite channel.

That's frustrating, since it explicitly states on the Samsung TV App Store that this feature is supported on Samsung devices. Looks like a bait and switch to me. Wonder what the BBB would have to say about that.
