NFL Sunday Ticket U (for students)
I am stuck in a never-ending circle that will not allow me to register for NFL Sunday Ticket U.
The Sunday Ticket U website (https://nflst.directv.com/student) was unable to automatically verify my enrollment with just my school, name and birthday. So, I submitted my schedule information via the website's prompts. I received an email about a half hour later: "Congratulations. We have successfully confirmed your university student status. You are now eligible to purchase NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV U. Click the following link to get started: Start Here"
The "Start Here" link takes me to the Sunday Ticket U eligibility page, but with my college auto-populated. I again insert my name and birthday, and am met with an error message telling me: "Looks like you already created an account. Please sign in."
Of course, I did not create an account. Any attempt to sign in, create a User ID, or recover a "forgot" user ID/password is unsuccessful, because I never created an account. For 24 hours, I have attempted to "chat with an NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV specialist," but of course that website never provides an active link to chat with a rep.
I would like to sign up for Sunday Ticket U. I'm eligible, and am ready to exchange my money for services. I am unable to do so, and request assistance.

It's too soon to sign up the "links" aren't active yet.

Hi. I was curious if you ever got this issue resolved. I'm having the same problem. I was verified student but going through that same never ending cycle. Any advise would help. Thanks

I am also having the same problem. I've been getting the run around on the phone for 2 days. Eventually I was told sunday ticket would not be able to help and to try and find a different phone number on the website for help. Does anyone have any other ideas?

I was having the same problem. After you get the email saying they verified that you're a student, go back to the original page (not using the link) and put your information in again. This worked for me after a few hours of trying to figure it out. Hope this helps.
