What are the readings on the 99/103 sats?
I don't know I am not a technician of the company

Ok more information needs to be provided as we cannot see your setup.
What exactly do you mean by "can't get HD"? (symptoms, error messages, etc.)
What are the models of each box you have?
Do they each have the issue?
You can access the sat readings through the menu. Don't need to be a tech.
Have you tried any troubleshooting at all? (if so be specific on what you've tried)
From another of their threads they mention error code 771.
(Please stick to a single thread)
Now I am having trouble with my Direct TV | AT&T Community Forums (att.com)
Menu>Settings & Help>Settings>Satellite>View Signal Strength then you have to press the select button while on the + next to the 101 to select the 99 and 103. Need all the readings.
They sent out another tech and found that the dish was not aligned correctly and a bad fitting on the new dish.
