Parent Control Passcode

I accidently hit lock on parental controls, now it's asking for a 4 digit code that I don't ever remember being assigned. Where can I go to reset this?

You have to call DTV and prove you are the account holder to remove it.

Try 1-2-3-4...it is the default code (I'm being serious).
