PBS channel not working on DIRECTV

DirecTV services the entire country, so not everyone has the same PBS because that is a local channel. So we don't know the situation for your channel without more info.

What happens? (symptoms, error message, etc.)

Does each TV have the problem?

Any other channels with issue?

Have you tried a red button reset or even refreshing service authorizations?

My zip is 92683.  PBS So Cal channel50 showing constant infomercials!!!  (Edited per community guidelines)???
