I have Dish Network and I do love to watch Starz Encore Westerns but I have seen all the Big Valley and all of Laramie again and again several times could you please show the Wagon Train series from the beginning that I would really appreciate it and I think everybody else would too

If you have Dish Network, then you are in the wrong place. This is DirecTV.
In either case neither Dish nor DirecTV, or any other TV provider, controls the shows. That would be a request for Encore. The TV providers just rebroadcast the channel as it is sent to them, no influence on what actually shows on it.
