Rented Frozen 2 and it has issues

Rented Frozen 2 and it will play for awhile, pause, have weird pixalation at the top, skip forward a little, then play again and then the whole process starts again. Tried watching the next day and same issue. I am really disappointed. If I had known this was going to happen, I would never have rented the movie. Never have issues with other On Demand movies or shows. Why did this happen? No storms and no TV issues.

How did you "rent" Frozen 2? Downloaded and then viewed, or tried to view while streaming live?

Be sure to call DirecTV to be credited for your rental.

The OP had to mean On Demand, not 'rented'.

Don't mess with old people.  The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

I had the same issue on the 21.99 purchase option. plays for 4 minutes then locks up. Directv has no fix and refunded the purchase. My 2 year old is less than thrilled but she has plenty of other things to watch.

This happens to me also. It also happens with other streaming programs. We tried to watch Ann, with an E, of Green Gables and Harriet, etc.
