"Satellite signal outage, switching to internet" message on two channels only
Receiving the above message on channels 355 and 570 only, both important channels to me. They work when switched to internet but this drives up my internet bill. How do I fix this?

You can turn off the SignalSaver feature in settings.

If I turn off SignalSaver I will not get these channels at all. I want to receive these two channels like I did in the past through my DirecTV subscription, not through my internet service which bumps me to a higher internet price.

This happens when your satellite signal is too weak. Most likely your dish needs realignment. Check our Satellite Signal Readings on the 99 and 103º satellites in the Settings Menu.

Do the signal readings above indicate my dish needs realignment? If so, can I do this myself or do I need a service call?

That video link is a 14 minute infomercial. No alignment information.
