starz
I am having to fill this out twice since it blanked out my comment when it had me sign on because this apparently doesn't link to your main page. Since I had to sign on again, and your form did not save what it asked me to sign on to send, I have to fill this out again. I program computers for a living, this is just sloppy. And really bloody annoying.
I subscribe to Starz through your service. I want to connect this to Amazon Prime so I can watch the Starz content on Prime. How do I so this?

The version of Starz that you are seeing on (Amazon) Prime is a separate product to the Starz subscription you have with DirecTV and requires a separate subscription.
Prime is acting as a third party seller and offering customers the ability to subscribe to Starz independent of a TV provider. They also offer subscriptions to Epix, HBOMax, Showtime, etc.
If you are subscribed to Starz via DirecTV, you'll either access it on your DirecTV guide or you can STREAM Starz, using the StarzApp and a streaming device like a SmartTV, Roku, Firestick, etc. using your DirecTV credentials.

Well, either I am subscribed to Starz or I am not. If DTV is offering some sub-standard form of Starz, then they won't be getting any more of my money for it and I'll buy it directly from Starz.

Subscribing to Starz on DTV or any other provider doesn't mean you can use it on another providers service and Starz sends the same programing to all TV providers.

Yes, you can buy the ability to watch STARZ through Amazon Prime Video.
Yes, you can buy the ability to watch STARZ through DIRECTV.
Having one does not include the other. However, there is a STARZ app that would let you watch STARZ by logging in with your DIRECTV credentials. You could likely run that STARZ app on the same devices that you watch Amazon Prime Video.

This is not the first time that customers have been confused about this issue.
Premium products offered by any streaming service (Prime, Hulu, etc.) are separate. I get that it gives those that have "cut the cord" access to premium channels like HBO, Starz, Epix, etc. but it is certainly confusing.

Amazon Prime and DirecTV have nothing to do with each other. They are competitors.
So to you would need to pay Amazon Prime if you want Starz on them.

To me it's like saying: "I have DIRECTV and Xfinity. I have the basic package on Xfinity and the top tier package on DIRECTV. I should be able to watch every channel on my DIRECTV subscription on Xfinity."
