You posted in the cellular forum, so I assume you are trying to accomplish this with mobile data. The only way you can accomplish with the devices you mentioned would be to do so with home internet.

Moved to Directv forum from wireless. If your laptop has an hdmi output or you have some other way to connect your laptop to your tv, you probably can stream whatever you are watching on your laptop to the tv, including Directv.

DirecTV is only data free from the mobile app, which cannot be achieved the way you described.

Moved to Directv forum from wireless. If your laptop has an hdmi output or you have some other way to connect your laptop to your tv, you probably can stream whatever you are watching on your laptop to the tv, including Directv.
