Tastemade - says we have reached streaming limit. We don't stream anything - it is all through our boxes.

We love watching Tastemade every night.  Recently when we tune in, it tells us that we have reached our streaming limit and that we need to stop streaming from another device.  Only issue is that we are not streaming anything.  We have the satellite and we have one main box in the living room with 7 other genies.  Any advice as we have been watching this channel every night since inception and cannot figure out why we have this problem all of the sudden.  Thanks in advance for any help.

Sounds like the Genie-2 (HS17) server tower if you have 7 Mini Genie Clients.

Most likely your setup is connected to the internet. If you have a metered/data capped connect, it is highly recommend to not have DirecTV connected. Otherwise you eat through your data as you've experienced.

(exact path may have changed with the Gene-2 model)

Menu > Settings & Help > Settings > Internet > Advanced and reset network defaults. That will cause it to forget the internet setup (such as router name and password). Though if you have a wired connection, you will need to unplug that from the router as well.
