wATch Tv app premium service HBO FREE still being charged on my Direct TV Bill

I chose HBO as my premium service on my unlimited and more premium wireless service via the wATch Tv app, as you can see in the picture I’ve clearly chose HBO as my premium service and on the FAQ section it states:

Direct TV customers will see a bill credit in 2 Bill cycles it has been 7 months, and yes it’s the same address for my wireless and DTV accounts and DONT live in Puerto Rico or the US Virgin island So why am I still being charged $17.99/Month for HBO on my DTV bill

This is a customer to customer forum with no access to any accounts.

I’m not try to access any accounts, or give access. I’ve read other post where people have had similar problems with free hbo via the watch tv app

The point is this is a customer to customer forum, not customer support. No one here can fix your bill or explain why you are still getting charged, you shouldn’t be.
