I don’t have any reason to tell you that they dropped it. I’ll confirm when I arrive home if the channel is still available. If so, we can further troubleshoot the issue.

Ok thanks. We are like dinosaurs sometimes trying to understand technology. We happen to live in the state of Maryland and not sure if that has anything to do with this at all. I would think satellite is satellite but again we don't know except it disappeared- thank you for whatever you can share

No problem. It wouldn’t be specific to your state as satellite is delivered nationwide to everyone the same way. I’ll keep you posted on what I find later.

Daystar Channel (369) still shows up and tunes in fine for me, so it is an issue relating to your equipment. What are the receiver models? What programming package do you have? Does this issue happen up on all equipment or only some?
A tip I can recommend is manually entering the numbers “369” while watching live TV (not while on the Guide). How does your receiver (s) react?

I have entered the number 369 manually on our satellite and it simply is not there and says not available on tv screen. Something has happened and so far no one has given and explanation or remedy of getting it back or why it had to leave or was removed, I the question keeps going

Ok, what are the receiver models and what programming package (including ad-ons) do you have?

I will check in at moms later but she has the basic package. There are tons of channels she can't get but those are all in gray scale( you can actually see them) If you type in a channel you don't pay for but is actually in service you get a message that you have not subscribed to that particular channel. This is not the case with 369 - it is not a choice and no option given to purchase- it has vanished but I will get the receiver number to share.

Check the exact name of the package as it wouldn't be called "basic".
For the receiver, just provide the model number itself once you have it.
