Why are channels I DON'T get still highlighted?
I have reset my receiver on line and by unplugging it. But My guide, says that I get some channels, They are Highlighted, but I don't with my Select package?

In the upper right, to the left of the bell (notificaton) icon there is a speech/text bubble icon. This is for Direct Message/Private Message (DM/PM). Though it has been reported for it to show the first time, the official help team needs to send you a message to start it.
