Why do channels I used to get now come with a 721 message.

Channels that I used to get are giving me the message that it's not purchased. In one instance I taped shows from that channel yesterday. What's the deal? It's happened twice now.

DTVs extra channels for Covid-19 expired on July 31 all channels returned to their normal package.
