Why does my app have different shows than TV

my phone app doesn't have same shoes available has my tv

select live, Pay Per View and On Demand programming on your mobile device with the App.

The DIRECTV app automatically displays channels in your package and available whether you are in home or out of home.

TV and phone app are not guaranteed to have the same shows. Depends what the individual channel allows for streaming vs satellite TV.
