Why is HGTV just showing a black screen?

Why is HGTV just showing a black screen? It has been off for a couple days.

What model box?

Any other channels affected?

Just blank screen or any error message or other symptoms?

Have you red button reset? (Also Genie if this is a Client)

Try refreshing service authorizations: www.directv.com/refresh

If refresh and reset done, try unplugging power for a minute.

I just finished resetting my unit. That fixed the problem.
