Your instructions forTurning on captioning did not work

I followed DTV's instructions for turning on captioning via accessability in settings and it didn't work.

Press info, scroll to the right for the CC options, and chose either of the two CC/subtitle options that show.

If that doesn't work:

What model box?

Can you select either option?

Reset box?

Any other issues?
