4k channels
I recently added 4k service to direct tv account. Looks as if I'm only able to view channel 104 channel 105 tells me that I have to subscribe to the channel. Not sure what is happening here.

By "added 4k service" do you mean you had DirecTV install the upgrade?
What is the model of box on the 4K TV?
What is the model of your main Genie that is on a different TV?
Any troubleshooting already tried?

DirecTV came out and upgrade my DirecTV equipment via professional installation. I have the Genie 2 Model: HS17-500 and the 4k Genie mini Model: C61K-700. As far as T/S I've tried to reset the Genie 2 and I still only get one 4k channel which is 104. i haven't tried the 4K PPV yet....

Verify coax is finger tight to each box. Since any main Genie works as a server for the Clients it is suggested that whenever you do a reset, or a full power cycle, that do the main Genie first and then when complete the same on the Client. That way they should sync back up.
In case it is just an authorization issue, you can refresh them yourself if needed. www.directv.com/refresh

Ok. the coax is secure. I did reset the using the red button. So my question is since there are to live 4k channels are these channels based on you geographical location? i.e so if i'm in the south and the 4k live channel 105 for example is showing the LA team should I be able to watch that telecast? Also I did notice the the Sunday night baseball game was the national game of the week, and I assume that was the reason why I couldn't watch that game...
