directv login online
Ok so have had directv for awhile now. And I thought there's some programming online that I would like to watch but needed to setup account online in order to watch. Set it all up via the directv page, goes back to the login-I try to login and pops up "We noticed that your account doesn’t include TV service. If you’re interested in a TV product, please visit(I notice this point it went to the ATT login, which I have as well)....I noticed others have asked this, but you go to private messaging, so have no idea what the problem is. Why does the message come up, since I do have directv, and why did it go to the ATT login when they're no longer associated?

AT&T still owns 70% of DTV but the new partner is taking over the day to day operations.

Ok, thanks, but that doesn't really answer my question as to why it goes to "We noticed that your account doesn’t include TV service. If you’re interested in a TV product, please visit... and goes to the ATT login. It starts at the Directv signin, then goes there....everytime I have an issue with my Directv-I have to call Directv because ATT will not handle the Directv part of it. so why does it go there now?

With the new co-owner taking over opterations, there have been issues with the website because of all the updates. One of the issues is with the unified login AT&T implemented when they first acquired DirecTV. At this point, you should have a completely separate login for AT&T and DirecTV. If you do not have the option to set it up yourself, you will need to contact DirecTV to complete reset their online login so you can set it up with a unique login.
