Equipment NOT Working
I have called and chatted with “tech support” they said they were escalating my issue. I have not been able to watch movies I want, I cannot rewind movies to the beginning, I cannot get my receivers back online. I have been dealing with this for 3 to 4 months! I have been paying for the service and can’t use what you sold me!
sometimes I get error 303 receiver will try again later
i also get error saying my receiver isn’t ready for downloads. This may take up to 3 hours.
Bottom line, I can't watch on demand, I can't rewind to the beginning of a show, I can't use the features that were SOLD to me. I have asked for a discount since NOTHING works that I am paying for, they told me they couldn’t!!! I’m not happy with this service at all!! If I don't get any satisfaction I will then file a formal complaint with the BBB and FCC.

This is a customer to customer forum, we didn't sell you anything and DTV is a sat service with On Demand and start from the beginning are free perks which is why there is no discount.
What is the receiver model number and how is it connected to the internet?

You pay for satellite TV. Access to internet perks, On Demand libraries and restart from beginning, have no charges at all. You are getting what you pay for which is why there has been no discount. DirecTV cannot guarantee those additional perks as they go through another service (your internet).
Telling us what you will do if you don't get satisfaction has no weight behind it. This is a public community of other customers. Even if you were to say that over the phone to official support, it does not change their options.
We do try to help each other out, so with some more details perhaps we can help find a solution or at least narrow down the cause of the issue.
What are the models of each box you have?
Do all have the issue on all boxes or just certain ones?
What type of ISP do you have? (cable, fiber, DSL, hotspot/mobile, satellite, etc.)
Exactly how are you connected to internet?
What is your subscribed/max/up-to internet speed?
What speed do you average? (check on wired PC as there was recently a bug on some DirecTV boxes not being able to properly retrieve results)
