Error 721 on CBS
We have error 721 on CBS and ABC even though they are part of our subscription. Our neighbors with direct TV get these channels. Any idea why we can't get them?

Try a red button reset and also refreshing your service authorizations: www.directv.com/refresh
Though they are your neighbors, do they have the exact same zip code/county? (some areas are large enough to have neighbors on the borders of different ones which might affect a few things).
If a reset and refresh doesn't fix it, what are the models of boxes? And what zip code/county are you in? (confirms what exact local affiliates are affected)
