error message to watch here quit streaming at DVR

When trying to play espn 3 I get this error message to watch here quit streaming at DVR.  Nothing else is streaming.  I tried resetting Direct TV with no luck

Did you reset each DirecTV box or just one?

Refreshed service authorizations? www.directv.com/refresh 

What models of each box do you have?

Any other problems?

Hello @mwcnicks, thanks for reaching out to us.

To better assist you in this matter, please give us more information on the following:
  • Does this happen on all the content or only on ESPN content?
  • What device are you using to stream?

In the meantime, please try resetting your DirecTV receiver and reboot your device. You can also try refreshing your DirecTV channels and service.

I thoughtb Directv did not have ESPN3??

You go to a ESPN channel and press the red button on the remote and it takes you to the app which has ESPN 3 on it.

When I press the red button now I get an error message.

Tried ESPN Watch App and had wouldn't work.

I contacted Direct TV and a Supervisor was supposed to call me back in an hour.  I am still waiting for the call.  Called back and talked to agent who told me it wasn't Direct TV's problem it was Espn's?

DirecTV essentially doesn't do callbacks. So agent couldn't help and just got you off the phone. Possible it is an issue on ESPN, but I don't have a way to verify either way on that.

The Direct TV supervisor called me and asked about the problem.  After I explained it to her she said she would call me back in an hour.  Never got the call back.

If you got a callback then that is extremely rare. They are short staffed as it is and don't normally do callbacks even under normal staffing levels.

And so you don't get scammed by a fake website or other place, it is DirecTV, not Direct TV. There is only a single T in the brand.

Umm, what DM? Direct or Private Messages (DM/PM) haven't been in the forum since they closed down the old version. If that option is supposed to be back, it hasn't been seen.

Please provide more information on the error message you received on  ESPN 3 for proper investigation.
