DirecTV does not have support for headphones themselves.
You would need to connect headphones to your TV. Some have a dedicated headphone port, otherwise you would connect to your audio out.

Directv receivers do not support that. Presuming you are talking about pairing Bluetooth headphones, you need a Bluetooth to your tv audio out adapter, then pair with the adapter.
