Lifetime channel

Channel has dropped from my lineup. I pay for 160+ channels and receive a little over 100. I watch Lifetime and have had it for years.

What model boxes?

Does this happen on each one?

What happens when you try to watch it? (symptoms, error message, etc.)

Exact name of package?

Lifetime, Lifetime Movie Network (LMN) or both?

Anything that was changed before this happened?

Any other issues?

What troubleshooting (if any) have you tried?

I lost all the A&E owned channels today. Package SELECT.

269 History

We're sorry you lost these channels, we attempted to contact all the DIRECTV customers to prevent interruption, but we know these types of things can be easy to miss.

Please visit Channel Opt-In,and request to keep the channels in your channel line up at no additional cost.

I already did the opt-in several months ago. When I go to it now it says:

They obviously DID NOT make sure it stayed in my package...

Call 1-800-DIRECTV

Say "Cancel Service"

When it asks if you're moving say "No".

This will connect you to retentions who can add the A&E channels back at no charge.
