MeTV & CW not on streaming app (Orange County, CA & LA area)
Since the old app was just sunsetted on May 31, I can no longer view both the CW (KTLA channel 5) and MeTV (channel) 54 via the “new” app which has been out for a very long time. These channels were available on the old app so it can’t be a carriage issue. Any idea why this is and if DTV will be able to add these back in?

The new app still has bugs in it and you still can't stream recorded programs from a Genie, DTVhelp says it will be added "soon".

We're currently in negotiations with CW, but the broadcaster decided to exercise its right to prevent access for the DIRECTV App users. Well it would be very unlikely to be a carriage issue, but not impossible. With the switchover to the new app some networks might choose to update their permissions and rules for it.
Yes most likely it is among bugs to be fixed and features to be implemented. Just without further info from DirecTV and/or the network owner, a carriage issue is not completely out of the realm of possibility.
