I need help setting up my new RC73 remote to my TCL Roku TV

I am trying to setup my RC73 remote to my TLC Roku TV. I can get into my genie box but I am not getting anything on my TV to try to pair the remote to the TV.

Some TLC TVs will work with Dynex codes.
