I found it! I just went to Whole Home on the menu on the tv in the room I needed them copied to and copied the settings from the room I had already programmed . I was on hold with Directv and I figured it out while on hold. What a time saver to copy the settings instead of going through all that again.

You cannot sync anything between the DirecTV boxes.
Each box has their own custom favorites list to setup. So if you want them to be the same, you set them up the same.
