Customer Support Tiers (personal customer not buisness)

I have been having a issue with uverse.com (see post with title:

Can't watch AWE TV online even though I have a U450LA package HELP!).
Customer service tried resolving it but they said that they would have to move the issue up to the next support tier.
Currious, what the support tiers are?

Original script readers are tier 1, can go to tier 2 on phone, but ATT Uverse Care is even higher than that.

 

They can do everything tier 2 can and much more, they literally have full access to just about everything. 😉

I figure the CSR(s) keep bumping up departments and tiers. Hopefully,they bump it up to the Uverse Care level/tier. Thanks once moreSmiley Indifferent

No, they don't.  You have to click the link in my signature and send the PM to them.  They are totally separate from the phone people. 😉

After being put on hold for 8 and a half hours recently I didn't know that was possible.
