I am currently no longer a DirecTV login but I can't get any devices to forget my DirecTV login. Why is this crazy? Is it ip related? Due to still having att Internet?

I keep getting calls every single day from a number that identifies itself as Directv. They never leave a message but it's an every day thing. My phone mostly silences the calls but sometimes it rings and it's annoying. The number is (219)587-0529. So I guess my question is if this is a scam number
