I have 3 Gemini devices and every few days one of them will loose it’s internet connection forcing me to do a hard restart. What can I do to fix this problem?

I have replaced the batteries twice but the Red Light is solid and will not go off. The red light is not blinking it's stays on. I have took NEW batteries out hours and put them back in and red light automatically comes on and will not go off unless I take batteries out.

I had ATT Direct Stream TV and ATT Fiber Internet in my home in TX. I purchased six of the ATT boxes for Direct Stream. Now I have moved to IN and ATT Fiber Internet is not available in my area. Can I still use the ATT boxes to get Direct Stream TV, if I have fiber internet from another provider?
