Direct tv says stream over internet to multiple TVs is extra fee. How much

Looks like my box received a bad update and now will not finish booting up. How do I reset? I don’t see a red button anywhere on my device. Thanks

My set up box hasn’t worked for the last 24 hours. No amount of rebooting, resetting, pulling the power plug in the back of the device is working. In need of some assistance. I just got directv service. I got the genie receiver in the living room and the gemini in the second bedroom. Anyway, the technician got the streaming remote connected to the receiver fine however for some reason it works perfectly except for the volume feature. The remot

No green light on box but finally came on after resetting the box several times. Now the remote is not paired or at least seems that way. I have tried to pair by pressing the mute and ok buttons but no help. What do I do now. As a point of interest I could use the tv remote and stream wireless.

So, we returned a Gemini box a cpl months ago to exchange and it was not restored properly at the warehouse then shipped to a new customer. Now the new customer has our old box with our account stuff i guess still in its system and we are seeing each others library and deleting each others programs.
