My building Tides at Bridgeside is switching over to you. How do I order the right equipment. A represntative from your company said i needed to do this online.

HR44-500 DVR with RC72 remotes. Pause/Play button non responsive or requires long hold to stop or start playing a recording. Have tried multiple remotes and rebooted the DVR.

The apps on my smartv like disney+, prime video etc. do not work. I get a connection error. I have Directv service . I reset the router and I reset the smart hub receiver. I don't know what cable is not connected. What could be wrong.

Do I need to have internet when I'm having direct tv installed?

Both my DirecTV remotes work fine on the living room receiver, but neither works on my bedroom receiver. Not sure what you call it, but the receiver in the bedroom is the smaller receiver, which I refer to as the child. Any ideas? James

I have not been able to find a way to sign up with Directv since I moved to Midland Texas. Is it available here.

When I google if the c61k has optical out the answer is yes. When I google the newer c71k the answer is no. Is that correct??
