Is the Gemini able to access recordings on the same network like from the dvr of the Genie and is it able to play content in 1080p?

Direct tv settings does not list the Bose Soundbar 300 to program the Geni RC73 remote. It lists a Bose 500,700 and 900. I do not know if one of these would work and do not want to try since it might mess of my remote. Anyone know how to solve this issue? Thank you
